Description

  

      Krawattenspanner.       Es     ist    eine     bekannte    Tatsache,     Jass    Kra  watten bedeutend .geschont werden     und    insbe  sondere deren     .gutes        Aussehen    erhalten bleibt,       wenn        sie    während des     Nichtgebrauches    aus  gespannt werden.

   Dies gilt ganz besonders  für die     nassb        wordenen        Krawatten    und vor  allem für     solche,    welche Zellwolle, Kunst  seide und andere unter dem     Einfluss    der  Feuchtigkeit Schaden leidende Textilien ent  halten.  



       Gegenstand    vorliegender     Erfindung    ist  ein     Krawattenspanner,        mit    zwei flach     in     einer Ebene     nebeneinanderliegenden    Schienen,  deren Enden gelenkig miteinander verbunden  sind, wobei die einen Enden durch ein federn  des     Mittel    voneinander .gespreizt gehalten  sind.  



  Auf beiliegender Zeichnung     ist    ein Aus  führungsbeispiel des     Erfindungsgegenstandes     in     Fig.    1 in einer Ansicht und in     Fig.    2 in  einem Schnitt nach der     Linie        I-I        in        Fig.    1  dargestellt.  



  Zwei flache, in einer Ebene     nebeneinan-          derliegende    Schienen sind     einerends    durch         eine    Drahtöse 2 und     anderend.s    durch eine       Spreizfeder    4 miteinander gelenkig verbun  den. Die Schienen können aus Holz,     Metall,          Kunstharz    oder     aus    anderem     geeignetem    Ma  terial     bestehen.    Die Schienen sind nach ,der  Seite der sich nähernden Enden hin     verjüngt.     



  Das     federnde    Verbindungselement 3 .be  steht aus     federhartem        Material    und weist eine       ringförmige    Schleife 4 auf, welche gleich  zeitig als     Aufhängö.se    dient     und        .die    Feder       dehnbar    und     geschmeidig    gestaltet.

   Das- die  gelenkige Verbindung 3a des Federdrahtes 3  mit der Schiene 1     bildende    Drahtende ist  durch ein Loch     in    der Schiene     durchgesteckt     und     umgebogen,        wie    in     Fig.    2 in .grösserem  Massstab im     Schnitt    dargestellt     ist.     



  In     Fig.    1 ist     strichpunktiert    angedeutet,       wie    die Krawatte,     res#p.    der     breitere,        beim     Tragen     vorn    sichtbar liegende     Teil,derselben     auf .den     !Spanner,    ihn teilweise umfassend,  aufgebracht wird.  



  Wie     Fig.    2 zeigt,     ist    der Querschnitt an  der nach aussen     gerichteten        Kante    in der      Form eines Spitzbogens     gestaltet,    um ge  wissermassen in der Krawatte eine Bügelfalte  zu erzeugen.

   This is especially true for ties that have become wet and especially for those that contain rayon, synthetic silk and other textiles that are damaged by the influence of moisture.



       The subject of the present invention is a tie stretcher, with two rails lying flat next to one another in a plane, the ends of which are articulated to one another, the one ends being kept spread apart from one another by a spring of the means.



  In the accompanying drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the subject invention is shown in Fig. 1 in a view and in Fig. 2 in a section along the line I-I in FIG.



  Two flat rails lying next to one another in one plane are articulated to one another at one end by a wire eyelet 2 and at the other end by a spreading spring 4. The rails can be made of wood, metal, synthetic resin or other suitable material. The rails are tapered towards the side of the approaching ends.



  The resilient connecting element 3 .be is made of spring-hard material and has an annular loop 4, which at the same time serves as a hanging eyelet and .the spring is designed to be stretchable and supple.

   The wire end forming the articulated connection 3a of the spring wire 3 with the rail 1 is pushed through a hole in the rail and bent over, as shown in section on a larger scale in FIG.



  In Fig. 1 it is indicated by dash-dotted lines how the tie, res # p. the wider part, which is visible at the front when worn, is applied to the tensioner, partially surrounding it.



  As shown in FIG. 2, the cross-section is designed at the outward edge in the form of a pointed arch in order to produce a crease in the tie.

Claims

PATENT CLAIM: Tie tensioner, characterized by two rails lying flat next to one another in one plane, the ends of which are connected to one another in an articulated manner, one of the ends being held apart from one another by a resilient means. SUBClaims: 1. Tie tensioner according to claim, characterized in that the rails taper towards the side of the .sich approaching ends.

2. Tie tensioner according to claim and dependent claim 1, characterized in that the rails are ogival in cross section at the outwardly directed edge. 3. Tie tensioner according to patent claim, characterized in -that the hinge-like connection of the rails consists of a wire eyelet at their approaching ends.

4. Tie tensioner according to claim, characterized in that the resilient, hinge-like connection of the rails at their mutually spread ends consists of a bent wire made of resilient material. Tie stretcher according to claim and dependent claim 4, characterized in that the resilient wire has an .ring-shaped loop in the middle.
