  <B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum     Hauptpatent    Nr. 223541.    Verfahren zur Darstellung eines sauren     Disazofarbstoffes.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatz  patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung  eines sauren     Disazofarbstoffes,    dadurch ge  kennzeichnet,     daB    man     4,4'-Dichlor-2,2'-di-          aminodiphenylsulfon        tetrazotiert    und die       Tetrazoverbindung        mit    2     Mol        2-Amino-8-          oxynaphthalin-6=sulfonsäure    in saurer Lö  sung kuppelt.  



       Beispiel:     31,6 Teile     4,4'-Dichlor-2,2'-diaminodiphe-          nyIsulfon    werden in üblicher Weise     tetrazo-          tiert.    Die     Tetrazoniumlösung    kuppelt man  mit 47,8 Teilen     2-Amino-8-ogynaphthalin-6-          sulfonsäure,    die man in 200 Teilen Wasser  mit der nötigen     Sodamenge    neutral gelöst  und wieder mit Salzsäure durch Ansäuern  bis zu kongosaurer Reaktion ausgefällt hat.  Die Kupplung erfolgt langsam, durch Erwär  men und Zusatz von     Natriumacetat    kann sie  jedoch     beschleunigt    werden.

   Nach Beendi  gung der     Farbstoffbildung    stellt man mit         Sodalösung        kongoneutral,    filtriert und trock  net. Der Farbstoff, ein dunkelrotes Pulver,  löst sich in Wasser blaustichig rot, in kon  zentrierter Schwefelsäure rot und     färbtWolle     aus saurem Bade in blaustichig roten, licht  echten Tönen.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines sauren Disazofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daB man 4,4'-Dichlor-2,2'-diaminodiphenyl- sulfon tetrazotiert und die Tetrazoverbindung mit 2 Mol 2-Amino-8-ogynaphthalin-6-sulf on- säure in saurer Lösung kuppelt. Der neue Farbstoff stellt nach dem Trock nen ein dunkelrotes Pulver dar, das sich in Wasser mit blaustichig roter, in konzentrier ter Schwefelsäure mit roter Farbe löst und Wolle aus saurem Bade in blaustichig roten, lichtechten Tönen färbt.
