Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Kondensationsproduktes.    Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur     Darstellung    eines Konden  sationsproduktes, welches dadurch gekenn  zeichnet ist, dass     p-Nitrobenzolsulfochlorid     mit Harnstoff kondensiert und der entstan  dene     p-Nitrobenzolsulfonharnstoff    durch Re  duktion in das entsprechende     Aminoderivat     übergeführt wird. Die neue Verbindung ist  ein farbloses Kristallpulver, welches bei 320  sublimiert und besitzt wertvolle therapeu  tische Eigenschaften.

           Beispiel:     In 44 Teile geschmolzenes     p-NitrobenzoJ-          sulfochlorid    werden bei 100 bis 120   allmäh  lich 15 Teile Harnstoff eingetragen. Die  Umsetzung wird durch Erhitzen auf 140   be  endet. Durch     Umkristallisäeren    der erstarr  ten Schmerze aus Wasser erhält man den     p-          Nitrobenzolsufonharnstoff    als weisse Kri  stalle, die, ohne vorher zu schmelzen, bei  190   verkohlen.    Durch Reduktion nach     Bechamp    mit  Eisen erhält man das Amin als ein in Was  ser leicht lösliches, aus Alkohol     umkristalli-          sierbares    Produkt. Es sublimiert bei 320    ohne zu schmelzen.

   Das Chlorhydrat ist in  Alkohol unlöslich, es lässt sich dagegen aus  Wasser     umkristallisieren.    Die Base besitzt       folgende        Konstitution:

The new compound is a colorless crystal powder which sublimates at 320 and has valuable therapeutic properties.

           Example: 15 parts of urea are gradually introduced into 44 parts of molten p-nitrobenzosulfochloride at 100 to 120 parts. The reaction is stopped by heating to 140. By recrystallizing the solidified pain from water, the p-nitrobenzenesulfonurea is obtained as white crystals, which char at 190 without melting beforehand. By reduction according to Bechamp with iron, the amine is obtained as a product which is easily soluble in water and can be recrystallized from alcohol. It sublimes at 320 without melting.

   The chlorine hydrate is insoluble in alcohol, but it can be recrystallized from water. The base has the following constitution:

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Konden- sationspröduktes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass p-Nitrobenzolsulfochlorid mit Harnstoff kondensiert und der entstandene p-Nitroben- zolsulfonharnstoff durch Reduktion in das entsprechende Aminoderivat übergeführt wird. Die neue Verbindung ist ein farbloses Kristallpulver, welches bei<B>320'</B> sublimiert und besitzt wertvolle therapeutische Eigen schaften.
