Description
Racbenlehr e. Die bekannten Rachenlehren, die bei Ab nutzung einer Messfläche wieder auf genaues Mass gebracht werden können durch Nach stellen von die Messfläche tragenden Teilen, sind nur als Kontrollebren brauchbar.
Die den Gegenstand vorliegender Erfin dung bildende Rachenlehre besitzt eine im, Lehrenkörper beweglich geführte Messbacke, die in der Ruhelage durch Federdruck bezüg lich einer ihr gegenüberliegenden Messbacke auf ein bestimmtes Mass eingestellt wird.
Eine derartige Lehre kann in Verbindung mit einer tllessuhr als Kontroll- und als Mess- lehre gebraucht werden.
Die beiliegende Zeichnung zeigt in Seiten ansicht und zum Teil im Schnitt ein Aus führungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes.
Der Lehrenkörper 1 besitzt eine beweg lich geführte Messbacke 2 mit der Messfläche 3 und eine fest angeordnete Messbacke 4 mit der Messfläche 5. Die bewegliche Mess- backe 2 wird durch zwei im Lehrenkörper 1 eingelassene Bolzen 6, 6 geführt. Die Mess- uhr 10 wird durch eine Mutter 9 auf dem Lehrenkörper 1 festgehalten. Der Taster 11 der Messuhr 10 drückt gegen die Messbacke 2.
Der Stift 12 dient als Anschlag für das zu messende Werkstück. Abschlussscbrauben 13 verhindern das Eindringen von Fremdkörpern in die Bolzenfübrungen.
Wenn die Messbacke 2 sich in der Ruhe lage befindet, wenn also die Lehre ausser Gebrauch ist und der Kopf 8 der beiden Bolzen 6 im Lehrenkörper aufsitzt, dann hat die Lehre ein ganz bestimmtes Mass. Nach Aufschrauben der Messuhr 10 auf die Rachen lehre erfolgt das Einstellen der Messubr auf das bestimmte Mass der Lehre durch Ver schieben des Zeigers, was wenig Zeit in Anspruch nimmt.
Die bequeme Lösbarkeit der Messuhr hat den Vorteil, dass für Lehren verschiedener Grössen ein und dieselbe Uhr benutzt werden kann.

The accompanying drawing shows a side view and partly in section from an exemplary embodiment of the subject invention.
The gauge body 1 has a movably guided measuring jaw 2 with the measuring surface 3 and a fixed measuring jaw 4 with the measuring surface 5. The movable measuring jaw 2 is guided by two bolts 6, 6 embedded in the gauge body 1. The dial gauge 10 is held on the gauge body 1 by a nut 9. The button 11 of the dial gauge 10 presses against the measuring jaw 2.
The pin 12 serves as a stop for the workpiece to be measured. End screws 13 prevent foreign bodies from entering the bolt connections.
If the measuring jaw 2 is in the rest position, so when the gauge is out of use and the head 8 of the two bolts 6 is seated in the gauge body, then the gauge has a very specific dimension. After screwing the dial gauge 10 onto the throat gauge, the setting of the Messubr takes place on the specific level of the gauge by sliding the pointer, which takes little time.
The easy detachment of the dial indicator has the advantage that the same clock can be used for gauges of different sizes.
