Description

  

      Fördergurt    insbesondere für Schüttgut.    Vorliegende Erfindung     betrifft    einen     För-          dergurt    insbesondere für Schüttgut, der sich  von den bisherigen dadurch unterscheidet, dass  er aus elastischem Material, wie zum Beispiel  Gummi und dergleichen, hergestellt ist und  die Form einer durch     Querrippen    unterteilten  Rinne aufweist, demnach eine Zellenrinne  darstellt.

   Dieser Fördergurt hat den Vorteil,  dass zum Beispiel das Schüttgut nicht nur  horizontal oder auf leicht geneigter Bahn  gefördert werden kann, sondern die durch  die Querrippen gebildeten, aufeinanderfolgend  angeordneten Förderzellen gestatten auch  die Förderung auf stärker geneigter, bei be  sonderer Ausbildung sogar senkrechter     För-          derbahn.    Wenn zudem Längsrippen vorge  sehen werden, können verschiedene Schütt  güter und dergleichen gleichzeitig und doch  von einander getrennt gefördert werden. Dem  Fördergut wird zweckmässig eine Grundform  gegeben, die ein grosses     Fassungsvermögen     für die Zellen ergibt.    In beiliegender Zeichnung ist der Erfin  dungsgegenstand in beispielsweisen Ausfüh  rungsformen veranschaulicht.

   Es zeigt:       Fig.    1 und 2 einen Fördergurt mit     U-för-          wiger    Grundform im Längs- und Querschnitt  und mit senkrecht zur Sohle des Gurtes  stehenden Querrippen,       Fig.    3 und 4 einen Fördergurt mit     trapez-          förmiger    Grundform und mit senkrecht zur  Sohle des Gurtes stehenden Querrippen im  Längs- und Querschnitt,       Fig.    5 und 6 einen Fördergurt mit schräg  zur Sohle des Gurtes stehenden Querrippen  im Längs- und Grundriss,

         Fig.    7 und 8 einen     Fördergurt    mit     Längs-          und    Querrippen im Längs- und Querschnitt.  Zur Förderung von heissem Fördergut, bis  ca. 300  , wird der Fördergurt in hitzebestän  digem Material, zum Beispiel in     .Eisbest     enthaltendem Spezialgummi und dergleichen  ausgeführt. Es handelt sich hier um einen  Spezialgummi, wie solcher bereits bekannt      ist und zum Beispiel bei Förderbändern zur  Förderung von heissem Zementklinker anzu  treffen ist.  



  Das     Fördergut    gelangt in die Zellen,  welche durch die     Gurtsohle    1, 1', 1", 1"',  die Seitenwände 2, 2', 2", 2"' und die Quer  rippen 3, 3', 3", 3"' gebildet sind und kann  so in horizontaler, geneigter und bei Aus  bildung des Gurtes nach     Fig.    5 und 6 sogar  in vertikaler Richtung transportiert werden.

To promote hot material to be conveyed, up to approx. 300, the conveyor belt is made of heat-resistant material, for example in special rubber containing ice and the like. It is a special rubber, as it is already known and is to be met, for example, on conveyor belts for conveying hot cement clinker.
