Description
Tube mit selbsttätig schliessendem Tubenverschluss. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine Tube mit selbsttätig schliessendem Tuben verschluss, bei welcher der Tubenhals eine mit einem konischen Ansatz versehene Boh rung besitzt, wobei auf dem Ansatz eine unter Federwirkung stehende Ventilkugel derart aufsitzt, dass durch den von Hand auf den Tubentnantel ausgeübten Druck der gepresste Inhalt der Tube die Ventilkugel vom koni schen Ansatz hebt und damit das Ventil öffnet, und dass beim Freilassen der Tube das Ventil sich selbsttätig wieder schliesst.
Die vorliegende Erfindung ist auf beilie gender Zeichnung in einem Ausführungsbei spiel dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 den Tubenverschluss im Schnitt in geschlossener Stellung und Fig. 2 denselben im Schnitt in geöffneter Stellung.
Mit 1 ist der Tubenhals bezeichnet, der eine mit einem konischen Ansatz 2 versehene Bohrung 3 besitzt. Auf dem Ansatz 2 sitzt eine unter Federwirkung stehende Ventil kugeln, die im Durchmesserwesentlich kleiner ist als die Bohrung 3, so dass der auszu pressende Inhalt rings um die hochgescbobene Kugel 4 austreten kann. Die Kugel 4 und der konische Ansatz 2 bilden zusammen ein Kugelventil. Die Kugel 4 ist mit der Schrau benfeder 6, deren Windungen im Durchmesser nach oben, gegen die Kugel zu abnehmen, mittelst eines Verbindungsgliedes 5 verbunden, wobei die grösste Windung der Feder 6 unten am konischen Teil 7 des Tubenmantels 8, d. h. am dem Tubenbals abgekehrten Ende des konischen Teils 7 anliegt, so dass dieser Teil 7 der Feder 6 als Anschlag dient.
Die Funktionsweise ist folgende: Wird mit der Hand ein Druck auf den Tubenmantel ausgeübt, so wird der Inhalt gegen die Ven tilkugel 4 gepresst, wodurch diese gehoben, d. h. das Ventil geöffriet wird, wie es beispiels weise in Fig. 2 dargestellt ist.
Beim Nachlassen des Druckes entspannt sich die Feder 6, wodurch die Kugel 4 gegen die Tubenöffnung 9 gepresst wird, so dass da durch die Tube 8 selbsttätig abgeschlossen wird. Ein Austreten des Inhaltes der beschrie benen Tube, ohne dass auf diese ein Druck ausgeübt wird, ist nicht möglich.
Bei diesem sich selbsttätig schliessenden Tubenverschluss fällt das zeitraubende Ab- und Aufschrauben des Tubendeckels dahin.

The mode of operation is as follows: If pressure is exerted on the tube jacket by hand, the contents are pressed against the Ven tilkugel 4, whereby this is lifted, ie. H. the valve is opened, as shown for example in FIG.
When the pressure is released, the spring 6 relaxes, as a result of which the ball 4 is pressed against the tube opening 9 so that the tube 8 automatically closes it. It is not possible for the contents of the tube described to emerge without pressure being exerted on it.
With this automatically closing tube cap, the time-consuming unscrewing and unscrewing of the tube lid is no longer necessary.
