Description

  

  Verfahren und Gerät zur     Herstellung    von Aufschriften auf einer Unterlage,  insbesondere auf transparenten Schildern.         Gegenstand    der Erfindung ist ein Ver  fahren zur Herstellung von Aufschriften auf  einer Unterlage, insbesondere auf     transparen..          ten    Schildern, sowie ein Gerät zur Durch  führung des Verfahrens.  



  Gemäss dem Verfahren nach der Erfin  dung wird auf einer mit einem Farbanstrich       versehenen    Unterlage, vorzugsweise aus trans  parentem Material, .die     Farbschicht    in hart  getrocknetem Zustande mittelst eines Scha  bers durch Vorschieben desselben in für die  Erzeugung der Aufschrift, das     heisst    von       scharfkonturigen    Figuren, Buchstaben, Zah  len     etc.,    bestimmter Strichführung an be  stimmten Stellen entfernt.  



  Der Schaber gemäss der Erfindung weist  gerade Schabkanten auf, die an jedem Ende       punktförmig    abschliessen.  



  In der Zeichnung sind beispielsweise Aus  führungsformen des Gerätes nach der Er  findung dargestellt.  



       Fig.    1, 3 und 4 zeigen in Ansicht vorn    Schaber mit verschieden breiter, zum Teil  ein- und mehrmal     unterbrochener    Schabkante;       Fig.    2 ist eine Seitenansicht;       Fig.    5 zeigt eine     Ausführungsform    eines  Schabers, bei welchem die Schabkante unter  brochen und die Länge der Unterbrechungs  stelle einstellbar ist.  



  Die     Schabkante    2 des Schabers nach     Fig.     1 und 2 ist durch zwei einen spitzen Winkel  einschliessende Flächen gebildet. Die Schab  kante könnte aber auch durch zwei recht  winklig aufeinander stossende Flächen ge  bildet sein. In letzterem Falle werden am  Schaber zwei benutzbare Schabkanten d ge  bildet. Die Schabkante soll an beiden Enden  punktförmig abschliessen, um beim Schaben  Konturen mit scharfen Rändern zu erzielen.

    Wie die     Ausführungsformen    nach     Fig.    3  und 4 zeigen, kann der Schaber an der Schab  kante mit einem oder mehreren Einschnitten  versehen sein, so dass' die Schabkante 4 Un  terbrechungen aufweist, um das gleichzeitige  Erzeugen von zwei oder mehreren     Konturen         zu     ermöglichen.    Wie     Fig.    5 zeigt, kann der  Schaber zwei durch eine Schlitzführung ge  geneinander verstellbare und durch eine       Klemmschraube    - in gewünschtem Abstand  verstellbare     Schaberteile    5 aufweisen, derart,

         dass    die     Unterbrechungsstelle    der Schabkante       (innert    gewissen Grenzen) auf jede ge  wünschte Länge eingestellt werden kann.  Mit 1 ist der     Schabergriff    bezeichnet.

  According to the method according to the invention, on a coated surface, preferably made of transparent material, the layer of paint is in the hard-dried state by means of a scraper by pushing it forward in to produce the inscription, i.e. sharp-contoured figures , Numbers etc., certain lines removed in certain places.



  The scraper according to the invention has straight scraping edges which terminate at each end in a point-like manner.



  In the drawing, for example, embodiments of the device are shown according to the invention.



       1, 3 and 4 show a front view of scrapers with scraping edges of different widths, some of which are interrupted once and several times; Fig. 2 is a side view; Fig. 5 shows an embodiment of a scraper in which the scraping edge is broken under and the length of the interruption point is adjustable.



  The scraping edge 2 of the scraper according to FIGS. 1 and 2 is formed by two surfaces enclosing an acute angle. The scraping edge could, however, also be formed by two surfaces abutting at right angles. In the latter case, two usable scraping edges d ge are formed on the scraper. The scraping edge should be punctiform at both ends in order to achieve contours with sharp edges when scraping.

    As the embodiments according to FIGS. 3 and 4 show, the scraper can be provided with one or more incisions on the scraping edge, so that the scraping edge has 4 interruptions in order to enable two or more contours to be produced simultaneously. As FIG. 5 shows, the scraper can have two scraper parts 5 adjustable at the desired distance ge against each other adjustable by a slot guide and adjustable by a clamping screw, such

         that the interruption point of the scraping edge (within certain limits) can be adjusted to any desired length. 1 with the scraper handle is referred to.

Claims

PATENT CLAIMS: I. Process for the production of inscriptions on a coated surface, preferably made of transparent material, as characterized in that the hard-dried paint layer is applied by means of a scraper by advancing the same in line guidance intended for the creation of the inscription removed from certain places.

-II. Device for carrying out the method according to claim 1, characterized in that its scraping edges are straight and terminate at each end in a point-like manner. SUBClaims: 1. Device according to claim II, characterized in that the length of the interruption point can be changed in that the scraper is formed by two scraper parts which are mutually adjustable by a slot guide and can be fixed at the desired distance by a clamping screw.
