Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Parbstofes der Safraninreihe. Im; Hauptpatent und seinen Zusätzen sind Verfahren zur Darstellung von Farbstoffen der Safraninreihe beschrieben, nach welchen man Isorosindulin-6-sulfonsäuren der all gemeinen Formel

worin R1 und R2 = Alkyl,
Aralkyl oder Aryl bedeuten und worin .die gerne weiter hin substituiert sein können, mit solchen aro matischen 1,4-Diamino-3-sulfonsäuren kon densiert, .die in beiden Aminogruppen nicht substituiert sind und die in 2-Stellung eine Alkylgruppe, oder in 2- und 6-Stellung gleiche oder verschiedene Substituenten ent halten.
Es wurde nun gefunden, dass man die gleichen Farbstoffe erhalten kann, wenn man die genannten Isorosindulin-6-sulfon- säuren mit solchen aromatischen 1,4-Di- aminen, die in beiden Aminogruppen nicht substituiert sind und die in 2-Stellung eine Alkylgruppe,
oder in 2- und 6--Stellung gleiche oder verschiedene Substituenten, wie zum Beispiel Alkyl, Ogalkyl, Halogen, ent halten, kondensiert und die so erhältlichen Farbstoffe mit einem sulfonierenden Mittel behandelt.
Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Farb stoffes der Safraninreihe. Es ist dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass man Dimethylisorosindu- lin-ll=methyl-1,6-disulfonsäure mit Toluylen- diamin umsetzt und den erhaltenen Farb stoff sulfoniert. <I>Beispiel:
</I> Die aus je '/"a gr-Mol der Komponenten in üblicher Weise erhaltene Dimethylisoros- indulin-ll-methyl-1,6-disulfonsäure wird in wässeriger Lösung unter Zusatz von 20 gr Natriumacetat mit 15 gr Toluylendiamin bei zirka 80'- umgesetzt.
Der erhaltene Farb stoff wird mit der fünffachen Menge Oleum 20% auf<B>85'</B> erwärmt, bis eine Probe mit Natriumacetat löslich ist.
