Description
Taue mit selbsttätiger Verschlussvorrichtung. Vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Tube mit selbsttätiger Verschlussvorrich- tung in weiterer Ausbildung der im Haupt patent Nr. 156286 patentierten Erfindung.
Die Erfindung besteht darin, dass ein federbelasteter Kolben in einem Ventilge häuse parallel zur Längsachse der Tube ver schiebbar angeordnet ist und einen kegeligen Ventilkopf aufweist, der bei geschlossener Tube eine in der Stirnseite des Ventilgehäuses zentrisch angeordnete Austrittsöffnung ver schliesst, und dass ein Kanal vom Tubeninnen raum der Ventilgehäuseinnenwand entlang geführt ist und zwischen dem Kolben und der Stirnseite des Ventilgehäuses in dasselbe ausmündet, wobei die Öffnung zum Ausfluss des Tubeninhaltes so lange offen bleibt, bis die Druckwirkung auf den Tubenmantel auf gehoben wird.
Der Erfindungsgegenstand ist auf beilie gender Zeichnung in einer beispielsweisen Ausführungsform dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt durch die Tube, teilweise in Ansicht, und Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt nach der Linie I-I von Fig. 1.
1 ist ein Kolben, der parallel zur Tuben achse verschiebbar im Ventilgehäuse 2 der Tube T sitzt. 3 ist die auf den Kolben 1 einwirkende Feder. Die freie Stirnseite des Ventilgehäuses 2 wird durch einen einge falzten Deckel 4 gebildet, in welchem die Austrittsöffnung 5 zentrisch angeordnet ist.
Die Feder 3 ist auf einer Zwischenwand 6, die den Tubeninnenraum vom Ventilge- häuseinnenraum 7 trennt, abgestützt. Der Kolben 1 besitzt einen kegeligen, die Aus trittsöffnung 5 beherrschenden Ventilkopf 8, dessen Spitze genau in die als Ventilsitz ausgebildete, konische Austrittsöffnung 5 passt und bei von aussen unbelasteter Tube durch den Federdruck in der Öffnung 5 abdichtend gehalten wird. Vor, der Zwischenwand 6 weg führt ein seitlich der Ventilgehäuseinnenwand entlang verlaufender Kanal 9 nach oben und mündet in den zwischen dem Kolben 1 und der Stirnseite 5 vorhandenen Raum 7 des Ventilgehäuses aus.
Der Kanal 9 ist in bezug zur zentrischen Austrittsöffnung 5 versetzt.
Bei gegen das Ventilgehäuse 2 gerichtetem Fingerdruck auf den Tubenmantel wird das Tubengut durch den Kanal 9 über dem Kolben 1 in das Ventilgebäuse 2 gepresst. Alsdann bewegt das unter Druck stehende Tubengut den Kolben 1 entgegen der Federwirkung abwärts, so dass der Ventilkopf 8 von seinem Sitz abgehoben und dadurch die Austritts- öffnung frei gelegt wird, durch welche das Tubengut ins Freie tritt. Beim Nachlassen des Fingerdruckes bewegt sich der Kolben 1 automatisch wieder in die Schliessstellung.

The invention consists in that a spring-loaded piston is arranged in a valve housing so that it can be displaced parallel to the longitudinal axis of the tube and has a conical valve head which, when the tube is closed, closes an outlet opening centrally located in the end face of the valve housing, and that a channel from the inside of the tube Space is guided along the inner wall of the valve housing and opens into the same between the piston and the end face of the valve housing, the opening for the outflow of the tube contents remaining open until the pressure on the tube jacket is lifted.
The subject matter of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment in the accompanying drawings, namely: FIG. 1 shows a longitudinal section through the tube, partially in elevation, and FIG. 2 shows a cross section along the line I-I of FIG.
1 is a piston that is slidable in the valve housing 2 of the tube T parallel to the tube axis. 3 is the spring acting on piston 1. The free end face of the valve housing 2 is formed by a folded cover 4 in which the outlet opening 5 is arranged centrally.
The spring 3 is supported on an intermediate wall 6 which separates the tube interior from the valve housing interior 7. The piston 1 has a conical valve head 8 dominating the outlet opening 5, the tip of which fits exactly into the conical outlet opening 5 designed as a valve seat and is held in a sealing manner in the opening 5 by the spring pressure when the tube is unloaded from the outside. In front of the intermediate wall 6, a channel 9 running laterally along the inner wall of the valve housing leads upwards and opens into the space 7 of the valve housing that is present between the piston 1 and the end face 5.
The channel 9 is offset in relation to the central outlet opening 5.
When finger pressure is applied to the tube jacket against the valve housing 2, the tube material is pressed through the channel 9 above the piston 1 into the valve housing 2. The tube material under pressure then moves the piston 1 downwards against the spring action, so that the valve head 8 is lifted from its seat and the outlet opening through which the tube material emerges is exposed. When the finger pressure is released, the piston 1 automatically moves back into the closed position.
