Description
Selbsttätiges Ventil. Bei Maschinen mit hoher Tourenzahl dürfen die beweglichen Teile der Ventile nur von geringer Masse sein, um ein wirk lich ordnungsgemässes Arbeiten der Maschine zu erzielen. Diesem Erfordernis entspricht das Ventil gemäss der Erfindung, welche sich kennzeichnet durch eine an einem Ende ein gespannte, den beweglichen Ventilkörper bil dende, anderends über die Ventilöffnung sich legende Flachfeder und eine auf der Einspannseite direkt über ihr liegende, kür zere Hubbegrenzungsfeder zur Verhinderung zu grosser Ausbiegungen und damit des Bru ches der Ventilfeder bei der Einspannstelle.
Beiliegende Zeichnung zeigt ein Aus führungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes durch Fig. 1 in einem Vertikalquerschnitt und durch Fig. 2 in einer dazugehörenden Oberansicht.
Mit a ist die Ventilöffnung bezeichnet, über welcher sich eine den beweglichen Ven tilkörper bildende Flachfeder b erstreckt, die mittelst der Schraube c eingespannt ist. Direkt über der Flachfeder b liegt eine kür zere Flachfeder d, die zur Hubbegrenzung der Ventilfeder b dient und nur eine schwache Ausbiegung der Feder b zulassen soll, um grossen Ausbiegungen und Brüchen der Ven tilfeder an der Einspannstelle vorzubeugen. Die Feder d ist am freien Ende etwas auf gebogen.
Infolge der relativ sehr geringen Masse der als Ventilkörper dienenden Feder b eignet sich ein solches Ventil, dessen beweglicher Teil als federnde Klappe angesprochen wer den kann, besonders zum Einbau in Maschinen mit hoher Tourenzahl.

Directly above the flat spring b is a shorter flat spring d, which is used to limit the stroke of the valve spring b and should only allow a slight deflection of the spring b in order to prevent large deflections and breaks of the valve spring at the clamping point. The spring d is slightly bent open at the free end.
As a result of the relatively very low mass of the spring b serving as the valve body, such a valve, the movable part of which can be addressed as a resilient flap, is particularly suitable for installation in machines with high speeds.
