Description

  

  Einachsiger Anhängewagen mit Kippeinrichtung.    Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung  ist ein einachsiger Anhängewagen, dessen  Brücke nach Lösen einer Festhaltevorrich  tung durch Rückwärtsbewegung des Fahr  zeuges zum Kippen gebracht werden kann.  In der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein Aus  führungsbeispiel der Erfindung dargestellt.  



  Die Ladebrücke 1 ist mit einer starr ver  bundenen Deichsel 2 versehen und wird unter  dem Systemschwerpunkt durch die Wagen  achse als Kippachse getragen. Mit den Sei  tenwangen 3 der Ladebrücke ist durch die  Zapfen 4 ein Kuppelstangenpaar 5 gelenkig  verbunden. Diese Stangen 5 tragen die An  hängeschlaufe 6 zum Verbinden des Anhänge  wagens mit dem Traktor. Das Ende der  Deichsel 2 und der Kuppelstange 5 werden  durch eine lösbare Festhaltevorrichtung, zum  Beispiel eine Klinke 7, zusammengehalten.  Die gegenseitige Sicherung erfolgt durch  eine Zugfeder 8.

   Mit Betätigung des     Zug-          organes    9 vom Führerstand aus wird die  Klinke 7 gelöst, so dass Deichsel 2 und Kup  pelstange 5 gegenseitig entkuppelt werden    und die Kippbewegung der Ladebrücke durch  Rückwärtsbewegung des Fahrzeuges erfolgen  kann. Mit dem Kuppelstangenpaar 5 ist  ein Hebel 11 mit Gestänge 10 und 12 so  zusammengebaut, dass mit Einleitung der  Kippbewegung die Wagenbremse 13 angezo  gen wird. Die Bewegungen "Kippen", sowie  "Zurückführung" der Ladebrücke gehen zwang  läufig vor sich, ganz entsprechend der Be  wegungsrichtung des Traktors.

   Unmittelbar  vor Ankunft in der horizontalen Lage der  Ladebrücke 1 läuft das freie Ende der Deich  sel 2 auf die schräge Auflaufebene der Siche  rungsklinke 7, bis schliesslich Deichsel 2  und Kuppelstangenpaar 5 wieder starr unter  sich gekuppelt sind. In dieser Endstellung  wird die Wagenbremse 13 wieder automatisch  gelöst.

  The dock leveler 1 is provided with a rigidly connected drawbar 2 and is carried under the system focus by the car axis as a tilting axis. With the Be tenwangen 3 of the dock leveler, a coupling rod pair 5 is articulated by the pin 4. These rods 5 wear the hanging loop 6 to connect the trailer to the tractor.    When the pulling element 9 is actuated from the driver's cab, the pawl 7 is released so that the drawbar 2 and coupling rod 5 are mutually uncoupled and the loading bridge can be tilted by moving the vehicle backwards. With the coupling rod pair 5, a lever 11 with linkage 10 and 12 is assembled in such a way that the carriage brake 13 is attracted when the tilting movement is initiated. The "tilting" and "backward" movements of the loading bridge are inevitably going on, entirely in accordance with the direction of movement of the tractor.

   Immediately before arriving in the horizontal position of the dock leveler 1, the free end of the dike sel 2 runs on the inclined run-up plane of the hedging pawl 7 until finally the tiller 2 and coupling rod pair 5 are rigidly coupled again. In this end position, the carriage brake 13 is automatically released again.
