Description
Process for the preparation of a complex compound containing phosphorus, Wolfrain and 31olybdali. It has been found that a valuable, complex compound containing phosphorus, tungsten and molybdenum can be obtained if a mixture of the dyes, salt of Tetrainethyldiaiiii nobenzophenonimids of the formula
EMI0001.0007
and salt of teti, a-ethyl-di-p-amino-triphenylcarbinol of the formula
EMI0001.0010
with a phosphate,
treated with a phosphorus tungstate and a reduced molybdate in such a way that the basic residues of the phosphate, phosphorus tungstate and the reduced l # lolybdate8, as well as the acidic residues of the dye bases do not enter the end product, but remain in solution.
The end product is a hitherto unknown color varnish of the compounds of tetramethyldiaminobeiizoplieiioniniids and tetraethyl-di-p-amiriotriplieiiylkat-biiiol with residues of phosphoric acid, tungstic acid and molybdic acid and a bright, yellowish-green shade of great brilliance and excellent authenticity.
Example: 4.2 parts of hydrochloric acid salt of tetramethyl diaminoberizopheimoiiimids (Aurainin O # color table Schultz-Julius 1923, No. 493) and 2.4 parts of sulfate of Teti # aäthyl-di-p-aiiiitio- triphenylcarbitiols (diamond green G), Schultz-Julius 1923, No. 499 are in water 1: 100 solved.
To this solution are added 5.2 parts of reduced ammonium molybdenum, 1: 20 dissolved (produced by reducing ammonium molybdate with hydrosulfite) 0.8 parts by weight of sodium phosphate ( Na2 HP04 +12 aq), 1:10 dissolved, 10 parts by weight of sodium phosphotungstic acid, 1:10 also dissolved 4 parts by volume of hydrochloric acid of 20 ' Bä. Diluted with water in a ratio of 1: 1 .
It is boiled and the resulting colored lacquer is isolated in the usual way.
The aforementioned reduced molybdenum acid ammonium can be obtained, for example, in the following manner - To 50 parts by weight of ammonium molybdate, 1:10 , are dissolved at room temperature Give 2.5 parts by weight of hydrosulphite as a powder. The mixture is left to stand for 1/2 hour, then slowly brought to the boil, boiled for about 1/2 hour until the smell of hydrogen sulfide has disappeared and this solution is adjusted to 1000 parts by volume.
