Description
Leichtbaukonstruktion.
Lightweight construction. The subject of the present invention is a lightweight construction, the walls of which are made of building blocks, which have a large, continuous cavity, created in such a way that the cavities in the stacked building blocks form vertical shafts, which shafts at the corners of the building and in part reinforced in the walls according to the intended load and poured with concrete and thus formed into support columns, further characterized by a,
Reinforced concrete frames, in which the girders for the floors are embedded, rest on the walls at floor level and are connected to the supporting columns.
The present invention creates a structure that is extraordinarily light and inexpensive to manufacture. A very quick construction is made possible.
An example embodiment is shown in the drawing. The figures show: FIG. 1 a building block that is used, FIG. 2 a horizontal section through a wall of the lightweight construction, FIG. 3 a vertical section through a wall.
In Fig. 1, a module a. How it is used is shown. In this block, the front and back are paral lel and its side surfaces are provided so that of two twisted blocks lined up next to each other, the rear of one falls into the plane of the front of the other. These building blocks have a large, continuous cavity. At the corners of a masonry building blocks b are used, which also have one of the like cavity and are formed in such a way that blocks a can be attached to them flush in two mutually perpendicular directions. By stacking such building blocks on top of one another, vertical shafts are created in the walls.
These shafts are formed at the corners c and partly in the wall d according to the envisaged load into reinforced concrete pillars forming concrete pillars. This is done in such a way that the necessary reinforcing iron is introduced into these manholes and then the manhole is filled with concrete.
At storey height, a layer of shell-shaped building blocks are placed on the entire masonry, into which, in the case of the case, reinforcing irons are inserted and which are filled with concrete. This creates a concrete frame. This reinforced concrete frame is directly connected to the reinforced concrete pillars at the corners and in the wall, so that the entire masonry is enclosed in a framework made of reinforced concrete. The girders f necessary for the floors are concreted into the frame at floor level.
