Description

  

  Transformator mit     Pressvorrichtung    für die Wicklung.    Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Trans  formator mit     Wicklungspressvorrichtung,    bei  dem die     Oberspannungswicklung    mit der  Isolierhülse zwischen Ober- und Unterspan  nungswicklung in fertigem Zustand in den  Transformator     eingesetzt    beziehungsweise her  ausgenommen werden kann. Zu dem Zweck  wird die Isolierhülse an beiden Enden mit  Flanschen versehen, zwischen denen die       Oberspannungswicklung    gepresst wird.  



  In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbei  spiel der Erfindung schematisch im Längs  schnitt dargestellt.  



  a ist die     Unterspannungswicklung    und b  die     Oberspannungswicklung;    zwischen beiden  befindet sich die Isolierhülse c. Die     Isolier-          hülse    c besitzt an beiden Enden die Flansch  ringe d, e, zwischen denen die Oberspan  nungswicklung b gegebenenfalls unter Ver  wendung von     Pressfedern    f zwischen dem  Flansch d     unci    dem Druckring     g    gepresst    wird. Zwischen der Isolierhülse c und der  Wicklung     b    liegen     Distanzzwischenlagen    h.

    Der obere Flansch d ist mit Aufhängemitteln  versehen, so dass die     Oberspannungswicklung     samt der Isolierhülse leicht und schnell aus  dem Transformator herausgehoben und auch  wieder eingesetzt werden kann. Die Distan  zierung gegenüber der     Unterspannungswick-          lung    wird dadurch herbeigeführt, dass die  Isolierhülse an dem     Transformatorgestell    zen  triert befestigt ist. An Stelle der Flansch  ringe genügt gegebenenfalls die Verwendung  von als     Widerlager    für die Druckbolzen und  die Druckfedern dienenden     Pratzen.
