Dispositif avertisseur automatique de la. levée du levain et des pâtes de boulangerie. L'objet de la présente invention est un dispositif avertisseur automatique de la levée du levain et des pâtes de boulangerie.
Le dessin annexé représente, à. titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution du dispo sitif suivant l'invention.
La. fig. 1 en est une vue d'ensemble, en fonctionnement, et la fig. 2 est à une échelle plus grande une coupe d'un -détail de l'extrémité inférieure du dispositif de contact.
Le dispositif représenté comporte un corps tubulaire 1, dans lequel est logée en télescope une rallonge 2@ se terminant à. sa. partie supérieure par un anneau de suspen sion 3. Une vis de serrage 4 permet de régler la longueur totale des pièces 1 et 2, suivant les circonstances locales.
A sa partie inférieure, le corps tubulaire 1 se termine par un dispositif de contact (fig. 2) comportant une rondelle 5, par exemple en bois ou en une matière inoxyda ble n'altérant pas la pâte, sur laquelle est fixée au moyen d'une rosace 6 une tige 7, portant à sa partie supérieure une plaque isolante 8 munie d'un contact électrique 9, en forme de ressort.
Dans l'intérieur du corps tubulaire 1 et 3 à une distance convenàble, est sertie une rondelle isolante 10, pourvue à. sa partie supérieure de deux bornes 11, 11', à plots de contact 12 respectivement 12', tournés vers le bas. La tige 7 est équipée d'un dis positif de guidage assurant toujours le con tact efficace entre le ressort 9 et les plots 12, 12' dans la position de touche de ces organes.
Les bornes 11 et 11' sont reliées par un cordon souple bipolaire 13, de longueur ap propriée, à un organe de signalisation 14, par exemple un avertisseur en forme de son nerie, comportant un électro-aimant 15, à. battant 16 et timbre 17 et une source de courant électrique, par exemple une pile 18, organes indiqués en pointillé sous le couver cle de l'avertisseur. Ces organes sont reliés par des conducteurs figurés en traits mix tes, qui aboutissent 'aux bornes 19, 19' re liées aux extrémités du cordon souple 13. Le dispositif décrit fonctionne de la ma nière suivante.
Lorsque la pâte, ou le levain 20, est préparé dans le pétrin 21, on place le dispositif avertisseur qui est suspendu verticalement, dans l'axe du pétrin, au piton 22 fixé au plafond du local. On règle la. longueur totale des organes 1 et 2 au moyen de la vis. 4, de telle sorte que lorsque la levée de la. pâte 20 a atteint sa limite supérieure, figurée par le trait mixte 20', la rondelle 5 qui repose à ce moment sur le ménisque de la. pâte, refoule suffisamment la tige 7 dans l'intérieur du tube 1, pour que le ressort 9 touche les plots de contact 12, 12' et ferme le circuit de la sonnerie 14. Cette position extrême est indiquée en fig. 1 en traits mixtes et les différents organes sont désignés par 5', 6', 7', 8' et 9'.
Le travail terminé, on dépend le corps tubu laire pour dégager le pétrin.
Le dispositif de contact de même que l'organe de signalisation, acoustique dans le cas particulier, peuvent .être d'une construc tion différente. Ce dernier peut même être remplacé par ou combiné avec un avertis seur optique remplissant le même but.

The device shown comprises a tubular body 1, in which is housed in a telescope an extension 2 @ ending at. her. upper part by a suspension ring 3. A clamping screw 4 allows the total length of parts 1 and 2 to be adjusted, depending on local circumstances.
At its lower part, the tubular body 1 ends in a contact device (fig. 2) comprising a washer 5, for example made of wood or of a stainless material which does not alter the paste, to which is fixed by means of 'a rosette 6 a rod 7, carrying at its upper part an insulating plate 8 provided with an electrical contact 9, in the form of a spring.
In the interior of the tubular body 1 and 3 at a suitable distance, is crimped an insulating washer 10, provided with. its upper part of two terminals 11, 11 ', with contact pads 12 respectively 12', facing downwards. The rod 7 is equipped with a positive guide device always ensuring effective contact between the spring 9 and the studs 12, 12 'in the touch position of these members.

The contact device as well as the signaling device, acoustic in the particular case, may be of a different construction. The latter can even be replaced by or combined with an optical warning device serving the same purpose.
