Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung von Betonleitungsstücken, z. B. von Rohren und Kanälen aus Beton oder Eisenbeton. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Betonleitungsstücken, zum Beispiel von Rohren und Kanälen aus Beton oder Eisen beton.
Die beiliegende Zeichnung betrifft ein Anwendungsbeispiel des Verfahrens.
Der zur Herstellung eines Rohres er forderliche Beton a wird auf einer hori zontal und eben liegenden, biegsamen Unter lage b, zum Beispiel Stoff oder Gummi; gleichmässig so ausgebreitet, dass die vom Beton a eingenommene Fläche den Umfangs flächen des fertigen Rohres entspricht. Nachdem der Beton a auf der Unterlage b gestampft oder gepresst ist, wird er mit Hilfe der Unterlage b auf den Rohrkern c aufgerollt. Nach bestimmten Erhärtungs- zeiten wird die das Rohr umhüllende Unter lage b und der Rohrkern beseitigt.
Um beim Aufrollen des Betons die Reibungswiderstände zu verringern, können beim Stampfen oder Pressen des Betons a Aussparungen d angeordnet werden. Zwecks Herstellung von Rohren mit quadratischem, rechteckigem oder beliebig geformtem Querschnitt wird an. Stelle des oben genannten Kernes c ein dem Rohrquer schnitt entsprechender Kern gewählt. In gleicher Weise können an Stelle von ge schlossenen Rohren auch kastenförmige offene Kanäle etc. hergestellt werden.
