Description
Maschinell gekühlte Kühlkammer. Bei der Ausführung von Kühlanlagen ist es von grösster Wichtigkeit, dass für aus reichende Ventilation und Zirkulation, das heisst Luftbewegung, innerhalb des Kühl raumes gesorgt wird. Allgemein ist es üblich, zur Erzielung einer Luftbewegung in Kühl räumen die durch den Temperaturunterschied hervorgerufene natürliche Luftzirkulation durch Hilfsmittel, das sind Ventilatoren und Exhaustoren, zu verstärken.
Sind die Erfolge, welche hiermit erzielt werden, in bezug auf Wärmeaustausch zwischen den Kühlkörpern und der Kühlraumluft verhält nismässig gut, so haften diesem Prinzip je doch auch erhebliche Nachteile an, haupt sächlich in bezug auf Austrocknung des Kühlgutes und die dadurch hervorgerufene Gewichtsverminderung, welche naturgemäss auf die Preisbildung, zum Beispiel des Flei sches, nicht ohne Einfluss ist.
Abgesehen von dem direkten Einfluss der künstlichen Luftumwälzung im Kühlraum auf das Kühlgut, kommen hierzu noch wei tere Nachteile, und zwar die verhältnismässig hohen Installationskosten und der Verbrauch an Leistung der Kühlmaschine für die durch den Ventilator hervorgerufene Erwärmung der Kühlraumluft.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine maschinell gekühlte Kühlkammer, bei der diese Nachteile beseitigt sind und von welcher die Zeichnung ein Ausführungs beispiel darstellt.
An der hintern Wand a der gezeichneten Kühlkammer ist das Kühlsystem b angeord net. Die Decke c der Kühlkammer ist mit einer gewissen Steigung nach der Wand a, wo das Kühlsystem angeordnet ist, aus geführt, wodurch erzielt wird, dass einmal durch die Höhendifferenz ein grösseres Tem peraturgefälle erreicht wird und des wei teren die warme Luft längs der ansteigen den Decke dem Kühlsystem automatisch zu geleitet wird. Die vor dem Kühlsystem an gebrachte Wand d bezweckt, dass für die Luftzirkulation eine kaminartige Wirkung hervorgerufen wird.

When designing refrigeration systems, it is of the utmost importance that sufficient ventilation and circulation, i.e. air movement, is provided within the refrigeration room. In general, it is customary to achieve air movement in cooling rooms to increase the natural air circulation caused by the temperature difference by means of aids, i.e. fans and exhaustors.
If the successes that are achieved with this in terms of heat exchange between the heat sinks and the cold room air are relatively good, this principle also has considerable disadvantages, mainly with regard to the drying out of the refrigerated goods and the resulting weight reduction, which of course on pricing, for example meat, is not without influence.
Apart from the direct influence of the artificial air circulation in the cold room on the refrigerated goods, there are also further disadvantages, namely the relatively high installation costs and the consumption of power of the refrigeration machine for the heating of the cold room air caused by the fan.
The present invention is a machine-cooled cooling chamber in which these disadvantages are eliminated and of which the drawing represents an embodiment example.
The cooling system b is net angeord on the rear wall a of the cooling chamber shown. The ceiling c of the cooling chamber is led out with a certain slope towards the wall a, where the cooling system is located, whereby it is achieved that once a greater temperature gradient is reached due to the height difference and the white direct the warm air along the rise Ceiling is automatically directed to the cooling system.
