Description

  

  Füllfederhalter.    Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung  ist ein Füllfederhalter, dessen     Neuerung     darin liegt, dass er mindestens eine senkrecht  zu seiner Längsaxe stehende Fläche auf  weist, die einen Gebrauchsgegenstand trägt.  Durch diese Neuerung wird die Verwendbar  keit des Halters vorteilhaft erweitert.  



  Der Füllfederhalter kann als neuer Halter  diese Neuerung besitzen. Es können aber auch       schon    bestehende, im     Gebrauche    befindliche  Halter damit ausgerüstet werden.  



  Die     Zeichnung    veranschaulicht zwei Aus  führungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstan  des und eine Detailvariante.  



  Fig. 1 und 2 zeigen das erste Beispiel  schaubildlich und in der Seitenansicht;  Fig. 3 zeigt die Detailvariante im Schnitt.  und Fig. 4 ist teils Ansicht und teils Längs  schnitt des zweiten Beispiels.  



  Die der Schreibfeder des Füllfederhalters  1 entgegengesetzte Kopffläche des Halters  (Fig. 1, oberer Teil) steht senkrecht zur  Halteraxe und trägt eine Metallplatte 2 mit  Monogranmmstempel 3. Ebenso steht die  Kopffläche der Schutzhülse 4 (Fig. 1, un  terer Teil) senkrecht zur Halteraxe und trägt    ein Petschaft 5, das selbstredend auch als  Negativstempel verwendet werden kann.  



  Durch diese Vereinigung von Petschaft  und Stempel mit dem Füllfederhalter wird       dessen    Verwendbarkeit erheblich gesteigert  und die Anschaffung eines besonderen     Pet-          schaftes    und Stempels unnötig. Petschaft  und Stempel können als besonderes Stück  mittelst eines zentralen Stiftes am Füll  federhalter befestigt oder aufgekittet sein.  Statt ein besonderes Stück aus Metall oder  Kautschuk zu bilden, kann der Stempel auch  unmittelbar in die der Schreibfeder gegenüber  liegende Kopffläche des Füllfederhalters ein  graviert sein. Statt eines Initialenstempels  bezw. -petschaftes kann auch ein     Namen-          oder    Firmastempel verwendet werden.

   Der  Füllfederhalter kann     ini    übrigen irgend  welchen     Types    sein.  



       Fig.    3 zeigt eine     Scliutzliülse    4' mit Ge  winde 6, auf welches eine     Hartgummikappe    7  geschraubt ist., in deren Hohlraum ein un  ter     Federdrucl@        stehendes        Farbkissen    8 ver  schiebbar untergebracht ist. Die Feder 9  drückt das Farbkissen 8 an das Petschaft 5  und färbt es     ein,    so dass es nach Abschrauben      der Kappe 7 sofort als Stempel benutzt wer  den kann. Auf das Farbkissen 8 kann auch  der Stempel 3 gedrückt werden, um Farbe  aufzunehmen.  



  Eine der senkrecht zur Halteraxe ste  henden Flächen des Füllfederhalters kann  als Gebrauchsgegenstand auch eine Uhr,  einen Spiegel, einen Toilettegegenstand, zum  Beispiel eine Nagelfeile, einen Radiergummi,  einen Zigarettenanzünder, einen Kompass etc.  tragen.  



  Der Gebrauchsgegenstand (Stempel, Pet  schaft etc.) kann auch auf dem senkrecht  zur Halteraxe stehenden Baden einer auf die  übliche Schutzhülse aufsehraubbaren Hülse       angebracht    sein, was besonders für Selbst  füller und bei Schutzhülsen mit gewölbtem  Boden in Frage kommt.  



  Beim Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. 4  trägt die senkrecht zur Halteraxe stehende  Kopffläche der Schutzhülse 4 eine     Petschaft-          platte    5, während die eine Kopffläche eines  kurzen, massiven Zylinders 10 aus Hart  gummi ebenfalls senkrecht zur Halteraxe  steht und eine Stempelplatte 2 trägt. Das  eine Ende des Zylinders 10 und die Stempel  platte 2 sind in das Innengewinde eines  Ringes 11 geschraubt, welcher seinerseits auf  ein Aussengewinde der Schutzhülse d und  der Petschaftplatte 5 geschraubt ist und so  den Zylinder 10 lösbar mit der Schutzhülse  4 verbindet.  



  Will man das Petschaft 5 benutzen, so  schraubt man den Ring 11 samt dem Zylin  der 10 ab. Will man hingegen den Stempel 2  benutzen, so hält man zum Beispiel mit     der     linken Hand den Ring 11 fest und schraubt  mit der rechten Hand den Zylinder 10 aus  dem Ring 11 heraus, worauf man den Zy  linder 11 erfasst und stempelt. Am Ring 10  ist die übliche, bisher an einem offenen,  federnden Ring angebrachte Klemme 12 be  festigt. Durch diese Anordnung wird ein  Abspringen der Klemme vom Halter, wie       flies    bei den bisherigen, bloss durch Reibung  festhaltenden Klemmen oft vorkommt, aus  geschlossen. Es könnte auch die äussere Kopf  fläche des Zylinders senkrecht zur Halteraxe    stehen und eine Petschaftplatte bezw. eine  Stempelplatte tragen.

   In diesem F alle hätte  man am     Haltemohr    nichts zu machen und am  Aussenrand der Schutzhülse I nur ein     kzur-          zes    Gewinde für den Ring 11 zu schneiden.  Der Zylinder könnte der alleinige Träger  des bezw. der Gebrauchsgegenstände sein,  was die Herstellung des Halters erheblich  vereinfachen wird.  



  Die Aussengewinde können auch nur an  der Petschaftplatte 5 und an der Stempel  platte 2 angebracht sein.

  The head surface of the holder opposite the pen of the fountain pen 1 (Fig. 1, upper part) is perpendicular to the holder axis and carries a metal plate 2 with a mono-grain stamp 3. The head surface of the protective sleeve 4 (Fig. 1, lower part) is also perpendicular to the holder axis and bears a seal 5, which of course can also be used as a negative stamp.



  By combining the seal and stamp with the fountain pen, its usability is increased considerably and the purchase of a special seal and stamp is unnecessary. The seal and stamp can be attached or cemented to the fountain pen as a special piece using a central pen. Instead of forming a special piece of metal or rubber, the stamp can also be engraved directly into the head surface of the fountain pen opposite the pen. Instead of an initial stamp or -petschaftes a name or company stamp can also be used.

   The fountain pen can be of any other type.



       Fig. 3 shows a protective sleeve 4 'with Ge thread 6, onto which a hard rubber cap 7 is screwed. In the cavity of which an un ter Federdrucl @ standing paint pad 8 is housed ver slidably. The spring 9 presses the ink pad 8 against the seal 5 and colors it so that it can be used as a stamp immediately after unscrewing the cap 7. The stamp 3 can also be pressed onto the ink pad 8 in order to take up ink.



  One of the surfaces of the fountain pen that are perpendicular to the holder ax can also carry a clock, a mirror, a toilet object, for example a nail file, an eraser, a cigarette lighter, a compass, etc. as a commodity.



  The commodity (stamp, seal, etc.) can also be attached to the bath, which is perpendicular to the holder ax, on a sleeve that can be screwed onto the usual protective sleeve, which is particularly useful for self-fillers and protective sleeves with a curved base.

One end of the cylinder 10 and the stamp plate 2 are screwed into the internal thread of a ring 11, which in turn is screwed onto an external thread of the protective sleeve d and the seal plate 5 and thus releasably connects the cylinder 10 to the protective sleeve 4.



  If you want to use the seal 5, you unscrew the ring 11 together with the cylinder 10. If, on the other hand, you want to use the stamp 2, you hold the ring 11 with your left hand and screw the cylinder 10 out of the ring 11 with your right hand, whereupon the cylinder 11 is captured and stamped. On the ring 10 is the usual, previously attached to an open, resilient ring clamp 12 be fastened. This arrangement prevents the clamp from jumping off the holder, as often happens with previous clamps that are held in place only by friction.
