Abstract

La présente invention concerne un mandrin et une filière d'extrusion permettant de produire un film plastique multicouche. Le mandrin comprend une partie corps comportant une face supérieure, une face inférieure et une surface extérieure s'étendant entre elles. Des passages de distribution d'écoulement sont orientés généralement longitudinalement dans la partie corps et sont ouverts vers la face inférieure et en communication fluidique avec une source de résine. Des canaux de résine dans la partie corps dirigent la résine en provenance des passages de distribution vers la surface extérieure du mandrin. Des répartiteurs de flux positionnés sur la surface extérieure du mandrin aident à diriger la résine autour de la surface extérieure du mandrin, formant une couche de résine concentrique, et aident à diriger la couche de résine dans un passage de résine dans la filière d'extrusion en direction de la face supérieure. Les passages de distribution d'écoulement, les canaux de résine et les répartiteurs de flux peuvent également ou alternativement être sur la surface intérieure de la filière.
