Abstract
Une méthode est décrite pour pressuriser à lavance des vannes de régulation de fluide. Les vannes de régulation de fluide peuvent faire partie dun arbre de fracturation hydraulique ou dun « manifold de fracturation en zipper ». Dans les deux instances, la méthode utilise une unité de lubrification pour pressuriser à lavance la cavité dune vanne en injectant un lubrifiant à haute pression. Larbre de fracturation ou le manifold en zipper est utile pour la réalisation dopérations de fracturation hydraulique dans le cadre de la création dun puits. Chaque vanne de régulation a un raccord supérieur de lubrifiant à un canal supérieur de lubrifiant qui communique avec une poche supérieure. De même, chaque vanne de régulation a un raccord inférieur de lubrifiant à un canal inférieur de lubrifiant qui communique avec une poche inférieure. Un fluide de graissage sous pression est forcé dans les raccords de lubrifiant pour pressuriser les vannes de régulation avant le passage de fluide de fracturation dans lesdites vannes de régulation. La méthode de pressurisation de vannes de régulation à lavance réduit lendommagement des composants internes des vannes de régulation par le fluide de fracturation grâce à légalisation de la pression.
