Abstract
L'invention fournit une technique permettant de concilier une ténacité de surface et une résistance/ténacité d'une partie interne de tôle d'acier. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne une tôle d'acier épaisse de haute ténacité et de haute résistance à la traction qui est fabriquée à partir d'un matériau d'acier présentant une composition spécifique, et coulée sous des conditions telles que la vitesse de refroidissement lors de la solidification de la surface est inférieure ou égale à 1°C/s, qui présente une ténacité (vE-40) à sa surface supérieure ou égale à 70J, et une épaisseur supérieure ou égale à 100mm, et qui se révèle excellente en termes de ténacité de surface de tôle et de résistance/ténacité d'une partie interne de tôle d'acier.
