Abstract

L'invention concerne l'hydrotraitement d'une huile hydrocarbonée dans un procédé employant au moins une première et une seconde cuve de réacteur, ledit procédé comprenant : (i) la préparation d'un premier courant de gaz contenant de l'hydrogène ; (ii) l'hydrotraitement de l'huile hydrocarbonée dans le premier réacteur avec un premier catalyseur d'hydrotraitement en présence du premier courant de gaz contenant de l'hydrogène tel que préparé à l'étape (i) pour obtenir un premier effluent ; (iii) la séparation du premier effluent tel qu'obtenu à l'étape (ii) en une huile hydrocarbonée hydrotraitée et un gaz contenant de l'hydrogène usagé en utilisant une colonne d'extraction employant un gaz contenant de l'hydrogène en tant que gaz d'extraction ; (iv) la préparation d'un second courant de gaz contenant de l'hydrogène qui est chauffé dans une section d'un dispositif de chauffage qui est agencé en amont du premier réacteur pour obtenir un courant de gaz contenant de l'hydrogène chauffé ; et (v) la mise en contact dans le second réacteur d'au moins une partie du courant de gaz contenant de l'hydrogène chauffé tel qu'obtenu à l'étape (iv), éventuellement en présence d'au moins une partie de l'huile hydrocarbonée hydrotraitée telle qu'obtenue à l'étape (iii), avec un second catalyseur d'hydrotraitement pour obtenir un courant de gaz contenant de l'hydrogène usagé et un second effluent qui comprend une huile hydrocarbonée hydrotraitée supplémentaire lorsque l'huile hydrocarbonée hydrotraitée telle qu'obtenue à l'étape (iii) est également présente.
