Abstract
La présente invention concerne un appareil et un procédé de formage et de liaison d'un premier matériau en feuille (A) situé dans une enceinte (30) sur un deuxième matériau en feuille (B) positionné sur le dessus du premier matériau en feuille. L'appareil comprend un rouleau de pression pour superposition ou une unité (50) de variance de la pression de superposition qui effectue les opérations de formage et de liaison. L'unité VPS (50) peut comprendre un rouleau principal (58) et un rouleau de retouche (60). L'unité VPS (50) est associée de manière fonctionnelle à un appareil de positionnement programmable qui se présente sous forme d'un bras robotique (52) et à une cellule de machine (10), de sorte que la position du bras robotique (52) par rapport à l'enceinte (30) détermine la pression appliquée au niveau de l'interface entre le rouleau (72) et l'enceinte (30) .
