Instructions:
To put lights on tree:
Place Iight chord inside 'fork° part of hook. Raise pole to desired height on tree, place Iight chord on branch and lower pole. Repeat steps while walking around tree, until done.
Suggested order is start at top of tree and work your way down.
To remove lights on tree:
While working from bottom to top... Raise pole to light chord set, hook chord in fork of hook, maneuver chord away from branch and lower pole. Repeat steps while walking around tree until done.
To remove lights from roof edge of house:
Raise pole and place fork end of hook on either side of clip (so clip is inside hook). Push up on pole to raise and release clip from eavestrouph. While walking along roof edge of house, repeat steps.

Claims
1. A device for hanging, arranging and removing decorations at elevated locations, comprising:
a Y-shaped body;
said Y-shaped body having a tubular proximal end and a U-shaped distal end;
said tubular proximal end having a bore adapted to receive an end of a pole;
said U-shaped distal end comprising two spaced-apart arms;
said arms having beveled ends.
