Abstract

L'invention concerne un animal transgénique possédant dans son génome une structure de transgène destinée à l'expression d'une protéine spécifique au tractus gastro-intestinal. Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, la protéine est une phytase ou un homologue de celle-ci. Ces protéines peuvent être hétérologues et peuvent être exprimées spécifiquement dans la glande salivaire d'un animal par une liaison fonctionnelle entre la séquence d'acide nucléique codant la protéine avec une séquence de régulation comprenant un promoteur / une région activatrice de la protéine de glande salivaire. L'invention concerne aussi des procédés pour exprimer et produire des protéines, qui sont fondés sur ces structures d'acides nucléiques. En outre, elle concerne des anticorps spécifiques à ces protéines et des kits diagnostiques immunologiques.
