Abstract

In Internet multi-lingual arena, an obvious finding for an average computing skilled individual may very well be such a method for Universal Multi-lingual text publishing, viewing, printing and saving in HTML is not yet available, though a number of Internet softwares have facilitated a limited number of languages in this regard. In this invention, applying few existing and known computing techniques or set of instructions which are currently being used in isolation to serve different specific objectives, an integrated and new instruction set for a new purpose of Universal Multi-lingual text publishing, viewing, printing and saving in HTML format has been devised that allows all languages, as opposed to a limited number of languages, to enjoy the multi-lingual advantages in Internet computing simply by making use of the existing resources in accordance to this new integrated instruction set. The new integrated instruction set, "Internet Lingual Text Publishing Instruction - Shagotom" employes the existing computing knowledge, techniques and resources with such an easiness and smoothness that it is instantly operative and elicit a reaction: it is so simple, "why-didn't-I-think-of-that"?

Description

- Specif cation 2 1 9 6 7 0 7 This invention relates to Intemet Multi-lingual Text Publishing method. In Internet Multi-lingual arena, few Intemet softwares have provided lingual text publishing facilities to a limited number of l~ngll~ges. For few of the other lan~ges, igaging method (converting texts into image) has been attempted, which, indeed, is an image publishing - not a text publishing. In some cases, only a PDF version of text facilities has been made available, which fails to enjoy Intemet Browsing features. There are only a few langll~ges that are enjoying a HTML facilities. However, such HTML facilities are not yet available to few hundreds of other languages.
Therefore, Unversal Multi-lingual Text Publishing in HTML format is not available in Intemet Multi-lingual Text Publishing arena.
The new Universal Multi-lingual Text Publsihing mehtod, "Intemet T in~l~l Text Publishing Instruction -Shagotom", attempted to overcome this barrier by combining and configuring some of the existing computing techniques, resources or instruction sets in a new and systematic way to produce an integrated workable instruction set for multi-lingual text publishing, viewing, printing and saving in HTML format. Essentially, this mehtod prescribes the use of PC multi-lingual softwares in conjunction with the Intemet softwares (no matter whether the Internet sorlwares are multi-lingual or not) to facilitate the PC multi-lingual softwares to enjoy the advantage of multi-lingual publishing beyond PC environment in Intemet arena and Browers to view, print and save published HTML multi-lingual texts.

Backgound Technological advancement is shaping human thinkin~ process - lot of us now can't even add numbers without technological devise, calculator. Technologically civilized mind is constantly tuning-up with technological progress and forwardness: human brain is always searching for new ways and new technological resources in resolving unfolding challenges.
In the race of technological advancement and fine-tuning of our thinking process in searching new resources to solve new problems, we very often forget to slow-down, to stand-back for a minute, and ask ourselves: " Can I make use of whatever resources available before renting a new resource to resolve the unfolding challenges"?
New is charming and easier to market - people do not buy back old water in new bottles anymore. The profit driven economy forces us to market new resources, and, in a paradoxical way, advise us to waste what is old.
Ithought, economics is the principle of using resources more efflciently to ensure cost and waste minimi7:~tion.
Sometimes, I am all lost in the midst of technological race, profit driven welfare society and politics of human development.

The Invention Intemet Lingual Text Publishing Instruction - Shagotom is a completely new technological invention, but, is an economically efficient remix composition of some old and existing technological resources or techniques.
I believe, water and hydrozen were available even before they were put together to produce a new composition, oxygen.
Shagotom welcomes you to an entirely new world of Intemet lingual text publishing and it does it so simply by making use of whatever resources available and by not hiring a bit of additional resources. Shagotom is an invention of knowledge, it need no further resource to resolve an unfolded challenge in the arena of Internet Lin ual Text Publishinu.

Shagotom.
Welcome! You are now open to a new world -- you can use Internet in your l~n~l~ge People from all over the world can publish, view, read, browse, save and print documents in your l~n~l~ge in the Internet.
To attain it, you did not possibly have to do anything new -- probably, you have simply used some of yours known knowledge or techniques -- uploading, downloading, inst~ tion, font selection. However, the knowledge of using all these known knowledge or techniques to unfold a new horizon of Internet Lingual Text Publishing is entirely new.
If this knowledge of putting known knowledge together to unfold a new horizon of lingual text publishing in Internet was known to you, you must have used it. The only way an individual can demonstrate his known knowledge is by demonstrating the known knowledge in whatever ways -- a knowledge is unknown if nobody had demonstrated it or, thereby, nobody had known it.
In the above Internet Lingual Text Publishing instruction set, a number of instruction sets have been combined in a systematic way for a unique and specific purpose -- publishing lingual text documents in Internet. Even though, the various instruction sets from above have been used in ~ elll combinations or in isolation, the specific combination mentioned above, Internet Lingual Text Publishing Instruction - Shagotom, has never been constructed.
Consider instruction set I.b or instruction set II.a. These is simply some known techniques of uploading or downloading. However, this known techniques have never been applied in publishing arena to fac.ilit~te lingual text publishing in Internet. Indeed, the downloading and uploading techniques has never been applied in case of a font, leaving alone for the purpose of lingual text publishing in Internet. Nobody never ever had thought about creating a "font link. " How many people have ever thought that putting all the lingual fonts in an Operating System would unfold the world of lingual text publishing in Internet? Rather, as soon as the question of publishing lingual document in Internet arises, a more difficult idea of lingual encoding pops up in the brain. The Arabs may have to wait bit and bit longer to get an Arabic encoding facility enabling them to publish Arabic docun ~ntc. in Internet. However, if, instead of waiting for a new invention, Arabs use their existing Arabic Windows, and use the simple idea as mentioned above in the Internet Lingual Text Publishing Instruction -- Shagotom, they could build an entire Arab World of Internet. It is my idea to recommend a Universal Lingual Font Package for Operating Systems to take Lingual Text Publishing in Internet even a step further.
If colnbil~ g two existing components, water and hydrogen, may be in a known way, create a new component, oxygen, is it an invention or a duplication? Keeping the answer in mind, do you consider that, if, combining some existing techniques in a unique way creates a new technique, Internet Lingual Text Publishing Instruction - Shagotom, is it an invention or a mere duplication?
