Abstract
MASSA ALIMENTÍCIA SEM GLUTEN E PROCESSO DE OBTENÇçO DE MASSA A presente invenção refere-se a uma massa alimentícia sem glúten e processo de sua obtenção, particularmente a uma massa para fabricação de macarrão fresco, que compreende basicamente amido e farinha de milho, fécula de batata, ovos, inhame cozido, farinha de maçã, linhaça dourada, e psyllium, que são isentos de glúten.
