Abstract

SISTEMA DE APOIO À DECISÃO CLÍNICA (ADC), MÉTODO DE APOIO À DECISÃO CLÍNICA (ADC) E MEIO DE ARMAZENAMENTO QUE ARMAZENA AS INSTRUÇÕES EXECUTÁVEIS POR UM PROCESSADOR DIGITAL. Um sistema de apoio à decisão clínica (ADC) compreende uma base de dados de históricos de tratamento do paciente (10, 32) e uma ferramenta de navegação do caso do paciente (10, 30) operada para selecionar um histórico de tratamento do paciente da base de dados de históricos de tratamento do paciente e para exibir uma representação de fluxograma (50) de pelo menos uma parte do histórico de tratamento do paciente selecionado. Opcionalmente, a ferramenta de navegação (10, 30) é ainda operada para exibir de maneira seletiva uma representação de fluxograma (64, 66) de uma parte ou de toda uma orientação de tratamento não específica por paciente que não coincide com o histórico de tratamento do paciente selecionado. Opcionalmente, o sistema ADC ainda compreende um mecanismo de consulta dos registros do paciente (10, 40) operado para receber uma consulta e aplicá-la em relação à base de dados de históricos de tratamento do paciente para recuperar os resultados da consulta, a ferramenta de navegação (10, 30) sendo ainda operada para gerar uma consulta em resposta à entrada do usuário e para exibir os resultados da consulta recuperados para a consulta.
