Abstract
processo para a produção de uma linhagem de células amniócitos humanas permanentes, linhagem de células humanas aminióciticas, processo para a expressão transitória de polipeptídeos e proteínas recombinantes com o emprego de uma linhagem, emprego das células e polipeptídeo ou proteína. a presente invenção se refere a uma linhagem de células humanas permanente, compreendendo as sequências de ácidos nucleicos para as funções genéticas adenovirais e1a e e1b e a sequência de ácidos nucleicos para o antígeno t grande de sv40 ou o antígeno-1 nuclear do vírus de epstein-barr (ebv) (ebna-1). a presente invenção se refere ainda a um processo para a expressão transitória de polipeptídeos e proteínas recombinantes na linhagem de células humanas permanentes.
