A presente invenção tem por objecto uma composição nutricional ou energética compreendendo: pelo menos um composto com propriedades laxantes, um ou mais sais minerais escolhidos na classe que inclui pelo menos sódio, potássio, cloro, cálcio, magnésio, fósforo ou uma combinação destes; e nutrientes incluindo pelo menos hidratos de carbono que podem ser assimilados pelo sistema digestivo humano.ENERGY OR NUTRITIONAL COMPOSITION, KIT AND ADMINISTRATION PROCESS. The present invention has as its object a nutritional or energy composition comprising: at least one compound with laxative properties, one or more mineral salts chosen from the class that includes at least sodium, potassium, chlorine, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus or a combination thereof; and nutrients including at least carbohydrates that can be assimilated by the human digestive system.
