Abstract

SILO PARA SEPARAçãO DA AREIA DE BRITA DO MATERIAL PULVERULENTO. Refere-se a presente patente a uma forma de usar o silo possibilitando a separação da areia do material pulverulento que em excesso no uso da areia na construção civil, é maléfico. Possibilita o uso da areia dentro de padrões de norma da Associação Brasileira de Normas Técnicas - ABNT, e também utilizar este material pulverulento agora separado em usos específicos como assentamento de tubulações.SILO FOR SEPARATION OF GRAY SAND FROM PULVERULENT MATERIAL. Em que se pese a larga utilização deste tipo de silo de brita com sistema tipo roda de água ou sistema de exaustão para obter areia, estes sistemas tem aspectos negativos, o custo altíssimo de instalação e manutenção e também da necessidade de existir um sistema de tratamento dos efluentes, pois os rejeitos destes processos são altamente prejudiciais ao meio ambiente. Tendo em vista estes aspectos negativos e no propósito de superá-los foi desenvolvido o SILO PARA SEPARAÇÃO DA AREIA DE BRTTA DO MATERIAL PULVERULENTO, sem uso de sistema de roda de água e nem sistema de exaustão conforme se observa nas Figuras em anexo. O qual consiste em utilizar o usual silo de brita com uma abertura, nas dimensões proporcionais ao tamanho do silo (Figura Ol - item 01, 02, 03 e 04), na parede lateral em ângulo com uma tela em tecido de aço inox (Figura 02 - item 09) na espessura de malha em função do material britado, um motor elétrico (Figura 02 - item 07) e embolo para gerar uma vibração na tela(Figura 02 - item 08), proporcionando a passagem do material pulverulento pela malha da tela(Figura 02 - item 10) e este material sai do silo para armazenagem para posterior uso(Figura 02 - item 12).
