Abstract

sistema de bolsa de sangue e cassete. a presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de bolsa de sangue montado em um aparelho de centrifugação e separação, um filtro é configurável em diferentes orientações apropriadas em um momento de armazenamento e em um momento de uso do mesmo e um primeiro tubo, um segundo tubo e o filtro são configurados, respectivamente, em orientações apropriadas durante uso. o sistema de bolsa de sangue (10a) inclui uma bolsa de coleta de bc (54) para centrifugação de uma camada leuco-plaquetária, o filtro (56) para remoção de células sanguíneas brancas de um líquido sobrenadante transferido da bolsa de coleta de bc (54), uma bolsa de conservação de plaqueta (58) para conservar o líquido sobrenadante que passou através do filtro (56), o primeiro tubo (60) se conectando à bolsa de coleta de bc (54) e uma entrada (56a), o segundo tubo (62) se conectando à bolsa de conservação de plaqueta (58) e uma saída (56b) do filtro (56), um cassete (50a) a ser fixado no aparelho de centrifugação e separação, uma conexão (142) para sustentar o filtro (56) e uma seção de dobradiça (140), a qual pode ser inclinada com relação ao cassete (50a) com referência a um eixo na direção circunferencial.
