Abstract
derivados espiro-indol para o tratamento de doenças parasíticas. a presente invenção refere-se a compostos orgânicos que têm propriedades farmacêuticas interessantes. em particular, os compostos são úteis no tratamento e/ou prevenção de infecções tais como aquelas causadas por plasmodium falciparum, plasmodium vivax, plasmodium malariae, plasmodium ovale, trypanosoma cruzzi e parasitas do gênero leishmania tal como, por exemplo, leishmania donovani. a invenção também se refere a composições farmacêuticas contendo os compostos, bem como processos para sua preparação.
