Abstract
dispositivo para limpeza de tubulação com ajuste de velocidade o presente resumo refere-se a uma patente de invenção para dispositivo para limpeza de tubulação (10) inclui um venturi (34) e uma válvula moduladora (50)-(70) localizada na parte de trás do lado de entrada (36) de dito venturi (34); quando a válvula (50)-(70) está na posição aberta, é permitida uma vazão de desvio máxima predeterminada através do venturi(34); a posição fechada permite uma vazão de desvio mínima predeterminada; a válvula (50)-(70) pode ser do tipo gatilho ou em formato tronco-cônico (150); o obturador (62)-(82) possui massa e/ou resistência aerodinâmica suficiente para superar a força da mola (58), (78) mantendo a válvula na posição aberta; quando a válvula (50)-(70) fecha o dispositivo para limpeza (10) perde velocidade, o obturador (62), (82) reprime a vazão de desvio através do venturi (34); quando o dispositivo para limpeza (10) começa a funcionar novamente, a válvula (50)-(70) abre ao mesmo tempo em que a inércia força o obturador (58),(78) para longe do lado de entrada (36) do venturi (34); também, quando o atrito do dispositivo para limpeza (1 o) aumenta devido a alterações do diâmetro interno da tubulação ou acúmulo de detritos à frente do dispositivo para limpeza (1 0), o fluxo de ar maior através da válvula (50)-(70) cria resistência suficiente para superar parcialmente a força da mola (58), (78), mantendo assim o movimento do dispositivo para limpeza (10) na velocidade de curso desejada.
