Abstract
aperfeiçoamento da estabilidade biomecanica durante estágios inciais de osseojntegraçao atraves da combinacao entre macrogeometria de roscas e osteotomia, compreendido por um implante, que é dotado na face externa, da secção inferior de rosca de fixação, enquanto o topo detém uma base de assentamento maior, que centralmente projeta uma cavidade interna, dotada de uma base de assentamento menor que projeta um hexágono, abaixo do qual verifica-se um furo cego provido de rosca. externamente, a rosca é constituída por dois perfis, sendo os filetes primários de formato trapezoidais, enquanto o filetes secundários de formato trapezoidal, que possuem altura menor de 1/2, em relação aos filetes primários, formando assim abaixo da linha de osteotomia, câmaras de cicatrização para formação óssea através da cicatrização do tipo intramembranosa, obtido pela justa posição entre a secção superior dos filetes secundários e a geometria externa da fresa de colocação do implante, essa combinação possibilita a cicatrização nas câmaras geradas entre a linha da osteotomia e os filetes de roscas, sendo que os filetes secundários permitem uma estabilização maior do coágulo e do implante.
