Abstract

MESA DE GRAMPEAMENTO AJUSTáVEL PARA MáQUINAS DE TERMO FORMAçãO. Mesa de grampeamento ajustável (12) para uma estação de moldagem de uma máquina de termoformação. A mesa de grampeamento (12) comprende uma placa base estacionária (17) que define uma abertura retangular de uma janela que possui lados que se estendem transversal e longitudinalmente; um par de placas móveis superiores (P1, P2) e um par de placas móveis inferiores (P3, P4) deslizantes sustentadas pela placa estacionária (17), em ângulo reto entre si; a cada barra de grampeamento (26; 30, 31) ao longo de extremidades internas das placas deslizantes (P1, P2; P3, P4), as mencionadas placas deslizantes (P1, P2; P3, P4) possuem extremidades longitudinais que definem uma superfície de repouso superior (27, 35) para sustentar e travar uma folha (15) de material plástico termoformável e uma superfície inferior de repouso e vedação para um molde de termoformação. As barras de grampeamento (30, 31) de placas cruzadas inferiores (P3, P4) são ajustáveis telescopicamente e sustentadas por folhas metálicas correspondentes que se estendem a partir da extremidade interna das mesmas placas cruzadas (P3, P4).
