A mistura destes componentes é feita utilizando um misturador aberto de rolos, sendo esta massa formada dispersada no solvente utilizando um reator de mistura auxiliado por um agitador mecânico. Após a dispersão, o adesivo está pronto para o uso. O adesivo foi testado em uma máquina do tipo autoclave a ar quente, variando tempo, temperatura e pressão. A adesão realizada foi de corpos de prova do tipo borracha-borracha em um tempo de 90 min., 140° C de temperatura e 5 bar de pressão. Os corpos de prova após a adesão foram enviados ao laboratório de ensaios do SENAI calçados, para realizar um teste de força. Para este ensaio, foram feitas três formulações dentro da faixa de variação dos componentes, conforme Tabela 1, mais um corpo de prova com o adesivo de uso convencional denominado CONTROLE.The mixing of these components is done using an open roller mixer, this mass being dispersed in the solvent using a mixing reactor aided by a mechanical stirrer. Um termopar registra a temperatura que é controlada através de um controlador digital, não deixando ultrapassar a temperatura programada. A pressurização da câmara é feita por ar comprimido e controlada manualmente por manômetro. A pressão máxima da câmara é de aproximadamente 10 atmosferas e a temperatura em torno de 200°C.
