Abstract

SISTEMA DE PRODUÇÃO DE MATERIAL ORGÂNICO, UTILIZANDO MATERIAL DE BIOMASSA E MÉTODO DESTE Um sistema compreendendo: uma unidade de decomposição hidrotérmica (13), em que um material de biomassa (11) é decomposto termicamente sob contato contracorrente com água quente pressurizada (12) de modo a permitir que os componentes de lignina e os componentes de hemicelulose das matérias sólidas de biomassa; uma unidade de sacarificação enzimática de celulose (17), em que uma enzima é fornecida para os materiais sólidos da biomassa e celulose é enzimaticamente tratada dar uma primeira solução sacarídeo contendo hexose tendo sida enzimaticamente sacarificada; uma primeira solução de sacarídeo contendo hexose tendo sida enzimaticamente tratada dar uma primeira solução obtida acima, uma unidade de decomposição de ácido sulfúrico (33), em que o ácido sulfúrico é fornecido a uma descarga de água quente (30), que é descarregada a partir da unidade de decomposição hidrotérmica conforme descrito acima e contém os componentes de lignina e os componentes de hemicelulose tendo migrados para ele os e componentes de hemicelulose são decompostos pelo ácido sulfúrico para dar uma segunda solução sacarídea contendo pentose; e uma segunda unidade de fermentação de álcool (34), em que alcoóis são produzidos por fermentação com o uso da segunda solução sacarídea (pentose).
