aparelho para cirurgia oftalmológica a laser, programa de controle para um aparelho para cirurgia oftalmológica a laser, e, método para gerar um programa de controle para um computador. a invenção divulga um dispositivo para cirurgia oftalmológica a laser, particularmente, refrativa, que alinha um perfil de ablação desejado com um ponto corneano pré-determinado, que ele calcula a partir dos dados de imagem de um rastreador de olho, ainda tomando a profundidade da câmara anterior do olho, incluindo a espessura da córnea, individualmente medida para o respectivo paciente em consideração.
