Abstract

PNEUMÁTICO Pneumático (1) comportando pelo menos uma estrutura de reforço (15) de tipo carcaça ancorada de cada lado do referido pneumático em um talão cuja base é destinada a ser montada sobre uma sede de aro, cada um dos referidos talões que se estendem sensivelmente radialmente exteriormente sob forma de flancos (2), os flancos reunindo radialmente voltados para o exterior a uma banda de rodagem, a estrutura de reforço de tipo carcaça se estendendo circunferencialmente desde o talão em direção ao referido flanco, um armação de topo (3), cada um dos talões comportando além disso uma zona de ancoragem ( 4) permitindo a manutenção da estrutura de reforço (15), caracterizado em que a referida banda de rodagem comporta uma camada interna (8) de material emborrachado sensivelmente incompressível e uma camada externa (6) de espuma emborrachada na qual: a taxa de expansão da espuma está compreendida entre 110 e 400%, e preferivelmente entre 120 e 350%, e ainda mais preferivelmente entre 135 e 300%. - a espessura da camada é superior a 2,0 mm e preferivelmente superior a 4 mm.
