Abstract

A chain tensioner is fitted to the vessel and is operable to pull the upper chain. A second chain lace is attached to the vessel and is operable to selectively attach the upper chain to the vessel. The chain tensioner snaps the upper chain into a location between the first chain lace and the second chain lace.
