Abstract

ARRANJO SUSPENSO FLEXìVEL PARA UM DUTO ELEVATóRIO EM CATENáRIA. Um arranjo suspenso flexível é fornecido para um duto elevatório suspenso a partir de uma plataforma em alto mar ou na costa, que inclui plataformas flutuantes ou fixas, embarcações e/ou bóias. As cargas de dobramento nos segmentos de topo do dito duto elevatório são reduzidas incorporando-se uma articulação na estrutura suspensa do duto elevatório. Bobinas de tubo soldado, aparafusado, laminado ou estampado contendo pressão transferem fluidos, incluindo hidrocarbonetos entre o duto elevatório e a plataforma. Ao longo dos comprimentos significativos de bobinas, as tangentes às linhas centrais das ditas bobinas são ortogonais e o deslocamento da tangente à linha central do duto elevatório na estrutura suspensa. As ditas bobinas contendo pressão incluem projetos arbitrariamente espiral, helicoidal e em laço que são submetidos à torção.
