Abstract
MáQUINA DE ACABAMENTO DURO. Trata-se de uma máquina de acabamento duro (1) para dar acabamento duro a uma peça de trabalho (2) que tenha um perfil a ser usinado, em que a máquina tem, ao menos, uma ferramenta (4) que é disposta em, ao meno,s um porta-ferramenta de ferramenta (3) e uma mesa rotativa (5) com um eixo geométrico de rotação (6) que está alinhado verticalmente e em que um porta-ferramenta de peça de trabalho (7) é disposto sobre a mesa rotativa (5) que carrega a peça de trabalho (2) Para aumentar a flexibilidade de tal máquina, a invenção é caracterizada pelo fato de que a mesa rotativa (5) tem uma primeira posição rotacional (1), em que a peça de trabalho (2) pode ser usinada pela ferramenta (4), mesa rotativa (5) esta que tem uma segunda posição rotacional (II) em que a peça de trabalho pode ser tirada ou carregada no porta-ferramenta de peça de trabalho (7) em uma primeira estação de carregamento e descarregamento (8), em que a mesa rotativa (5) tem uma terceira posição rotacional (III) que é diferente da segunda posição rotacional (II) em que a peça de trabalho (2) pode ser tirada ou carregada no porta-ferramenta de peça de trabalho (7) em uma segunda estação de carregamento e descarregamento (9)
