Abstract

FIBRAS COSTURÁVEIS COM PONTAS DE RUPTURA, SUA UTILIZAÇçO E DISPOSITIVO PAR SUA PRODUÇçO. A presente invenção tem por objetivo disponibilizar fibras (6) entrançáveis, que de um lado são muito estáveis em fiação, isto é, não se decompõem durante todo o processo de fiação e estiramento, mas, de outro lado, depois da fiação e do estiramento podem se decompor quase completamente ou até mesmo em 100 por cento em seus segmentos (10, 12) ou filamentos individuais. Ademais, deve ser mantido especialmente pequeno o dispêndio técnico e energético. Para tanto, as fibras (6) entrançáveis com ao menos um ponto de ruptura teórica (8), abrangem ao menos dois componentes poliméricos (A, B) incompatíveis entre si, sendo que ao menos um componente polimérico (A) apresenta uma fração em peso menor do que o(s) outro(s) componente(s) polimérico(s) (B), e sendo que o(s) componente(s) polimérico(s) (A) com a fração em peso menor fica disposto no e/ou dentro do ao menos um ponto de ruptura teórica (8).
