Abstract
Segmento de bocal de turbina e método de reparo. Um método para o reparo de um segmento de bocal (10) de uma turbina apresentando pelo menos um defletor (12) disposto entre as cintas externa (14) e interna (16). O método inclui utilizar uma peça recuperável, tal como fita de suporte da colméia (18) remanescente, de um segmento de bocal (10) de uma turbina que não é recuperável, e unir a fita de suporte da colméia (18) em uma peça fundida de substituição. A peça fundida de substituição inclui uma espiga (20) formada na cinta interna (16) a qual casa com um encaixe (22) formado no lado de traz da fita de suporte da colméia (18). Também são descritos o segmento de bocal (10) e o segmento de bocal fundido usados em conjunto com o método.
