Abstract
MÉTODO DE FABRICAR UM POLIOL MODIFICADO POR POLÍMERO, POLIOL MODIFICADO POR POLÍMERO, MÉTODO DE FABRICAR UMA ESPUMA DE POLIURETANO, E, ESPUMA DE POLIURETANO FLEXÍVEL O poliol modificado por polímero, para uso como um material de partida para espuma de poliuretano, é feito por reação de uma olamina, como trietanolamina, com um isocianato na presença de um catalisador de metal orgânico. O catalisador é um sal de metal de um ácido orgânico e a 10 viscosidade do poliol modificado por polímero é pelo menos 2250 mPa.s. The catalyst is a metal salt of an organic acid and the viscosity of the polymer-modified polyol is at least 2250 mPa.s. In one embodiment, the catalyst is of formula M(O.CO.R.CH3)2, where M is a metal and R is a carbon chain of 6 to 20 carbons. A metal salt of a monohydroxy fatty acid, particularly ricinoleic acid, can be used.
