Abstract

AçO PARA FORJAMENTO. A presente invenção refere-se a um aço para forjamento excelente em capacidade de forjamento, aço esse que compreende, em % em massa, C: 0,001 a menos de 0,07%, Si: 3,0% ou menos, Mn: 0,01 a 4,0%, Cr: 5,0% ou menos, P: 0,2% ou menos, S: 0,35% ou menos, AI: 0,0001 a 2,0%, N: 0,03% ou menos, um ou ambos entre Mo: 1,5% ou menos (inclusive 0%) e Ni: 4,5% ou menos (inclusive 0%), e um saldo de ferro e as inevitáveis impurezas; em que o Di dado pela equação (1) a seguir é 60 ou maior: Di = 5,41 x Di(Si) x Di(Mn) x Di(Cr) x Di(Mo) x Di(Ni) x Di(AI) ...(1).
