Abstract

DISPOSITIVO DE PASTEURIZAÇÃO PARA O TRATAMENTO TÉRMICO DE LÍQUIDOS PRESENTES EM RECIPIENTES FECHADOS E MÉTODO PARA PASTEURIZAÇÃO DE MEIOS LÍQUIDOS. A presente patente de invenção se refere a um dispositivo e um método para a pasteurização de recipientes envasados com liquido, como por exemplo, garrafas de bebidas ou latas de bebidas. Para tal, uma parte da troca de calor é realizada de modo que entre um ou mais segmentos da zona de pasteurização e esses da zona de esfriamento, esteja prevista uma bomba térmica. O referido dispositivo para pasteurização abrange uma zona de aquecimento, uma zona de pasteurização e uma zona de esfriamento, podendo consistir cada uma das zonas de um ou mais segmentos, e os recipientes de liquido envasados podem ser conduzidos por meio de todos os segmentos da admissão para a saída deles, e para o aquecimento, a pasteurização e/ou o esfriamento estão previstos dispositivos de aspersão, sendo coletado o liquido de aspersão de um ou mais segmentos num recipiente coletor para a recuperação do calor e sendo intercambiados de modo apropriado esses líquidos entre os segmentos individuais, para fins de aquecimento ou esfriamento. Já o referido método consiste no fato de utilizar o dispositivo de pasteurização aqui descrito, no qual o liquido que vem do trocador de calor e flui para um segmento de pasteurização, apresentar no máximo a temperatura teórica do liquido de aspersão do segmento correspondente e de forma conceitual uma temperatura que se situa de 5° a 15° abaixo dessa temperatura teórica. Assim, é possível superar o inconveniente da técnica de que dispositivos de pasteurização precisam ser muito grandes em termos construtivos, para que possam alcançar um esfriamento recuperativo desejado dos recipientes pasteurizados e envasados.
