Abstract

processo para a preparação de cefadroxil em forma de cristal, cefadroxil em forma de cristal e composição farmacêutica. a presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de cefadroxil em forma de cristal, compreendendo a) adicionar uma solução aquosa de cefadroxil a um recipiente de cristalização e um titulante para manter um ph no recipiente de cristalização entre 7 e 9; e b) diminuir o ph no recipiente de cristalização a um valor entre 5 e 6,5 para obter uma suspensão do composto de <225>-lactama em forma de cristal. a invenção refere-se ainda a cefadroxil em forma de cristal obtenível pelo processo de acordo com a presente invenção. a invenção também se refere a cefadroxil em forma de cristal com um valor de cie b abaixo de 12 quando armazenado em uma temperatura de 25<198>c por pelo menos 1 mês.
