Abstract

REVESTIMENTO GERADOR DE BAIXO RUIDO à BASE DE áGUA. Um revestimento para tiras de vedação, limpadores de pára-brisa, vedações de porta, vedações de mala, vedações de teto solar, guarnição automotiva e similares. O revestimento compreende uma fórmula à base de água que propicia ruído baixo e, favoravelmente, também propicia boa resistência a condições climáticas e abrasão. A propriedade de ruído baixo é atingida através de uma combinação de ceras e/ou sílica coloidal aquosa, e uma resina de silicone de peso molecular elevado. Flexibilidade e resistência a condições climáticas são atingidas através da adição de uma mistura de aglutinante de resina de poliuretana / fluoropolímero e estabilizadores e absorventes UV. é também propiciado um método de fabricação de tais revestimentos que compreende as etapas de pré-dispersar as partículas de cera em co-solventes e agentes de umedecimento e em seguida combinar as partículas de cera pré-dispersas com a resina de silicone e outros ingredientes.
